From Hollywood to Cave Creek. Sara is the CEO and founder of Outlaw Cosmetics and owner of Outlaw Beauty Bar. Originally from Los Angeles, Calif. Wayne is a celebrity makeup and lash artist and has 20 years of experience in the Hollywood beauty industry. She specializes in makeup, lashes and brows for film, t.v. and on camera work. Wayne has over 7 beauty specific certifications, has been doing lashes for 13 years and is considered a master lash artist.
Wayne's long impressive resume not only includes working as a makeup artist for film and television projects, but also includes business executive roles for major cosmetics brands; She has worked for MAC Cosmetics Corporate as a Human Resources Administrator, was a Retail Manager for Clinique Cosmetics and a Business Manager for Smashbox Cosmetics until she launched the Outlaw Cosmetics lash and makeup studio on the Sunset Strip in West Hollywood in 2013.

In her free time, she loves her Peloton, Harley rides, horseback riding, off roading, boating, spending time with her dogs, visiting the local honkey tonks, attending Cowboy church at the Buffalo Chip, and supporting other local businesses that do good in the community.
CODY ( Master Hair Stylist + Salon Manager)
Cody is a Master Stylist with 20 years of experience. He specializes in advanced custom coloring and all methods of hair extensions and is a hair extensions trainer and educator. Cody has owned two salons previous. When this Arizona native cowboy isn't busy slaying hair at Outlaw Beauty Bar, he enjoys spending time with his husband, horses and dogs.
BRITTNEI ( Sr. Hair Stylist)
Brittnei is a seasoned hairstylist with over 20 years of hair experience. She is excellent in all aspects of hair and specializes in precision hair cuts, advanced coloring techniques including vivid, creative colors with an emphasis in reds and coppers. Brittnei has gained notoriety with her hair cuts and was written up and featured in Style Seat for hear A-Line precision hair cut.
ADDIE ( Hair Stylist)
Addie is a passionate hairstylist dedicated to making clients feel confident, beautiful and truly themselves. With a keen eye for detail and love for creativity, she specializes in creating personalized looks that fit each client's lifestyle and vision. Addie is certified in Bellami Hair Extensions. Having taken many specialized men's hair cutting courses, not only does she deliver flawless color and cuts for women, but she is fab with men's cuts too!
CHLOE ( Hair Stylist + Makeup Artist)
Chloe is a hairstylist and makeup artist. She was formally the Lead Stylist at the Four Seasons Hotel Scottsdale. Having had her own business previous, (Chloe's Blow Dry Bar in Maui), Chloe understands the importance of customer service and making sure clients leave the salon with fabulous picture perfect hair.
